Shipping costs vary depending on the country to which you are ordering. Check the amount of the shipping cost either at checkout or from the "shipping methods" section of the submenu.

The delivery options are:

- UPS

- FEDEX

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking code via email for tracking purposes. You can track the status of your delivery online at any time using the tracking number for your order on the UPS or FedEx websites. The delivery information is updated in the tracking service within a few hours after the package has left our warehouse. All our orders include a tracking code.

We apologize for the unfortunate situation and hope that all the products in your order have remained undamaged. If only your package is damaged and you wish to return products from this order, you can use any transport-durable packaging, such as a plastic bag, for the return.

Please inform us in advance if you are unable to pick up the package. It will then be sent back to our warehouse. After an uncollected cash on delivery order, you may be subject to a delivery ban. For uncollected orders, we charge part of the postage costs, which is 14.90USD.

If you want to order to the Åland Islands, select Åland Islands from the country menu, so you can purchase our products at 0% VAT.

Orders are normally held at the pickup point for 7 days. If you have not collected your package within this time, it will be returned to Jerone. Please note that if you fail to collect the package, we will charge a fee of 14.90€ for the uncollected package, which is part of the incurred shipping costs.
