The customer has a 30-day right of return. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging. Attach a carefully filled-out return form with the return. The customer must mail the returned product to us at his own expense.
Remember to take a receipt for customer returns. We will only reimburse the price of the lost products against a receipt, which you can use to prove that you handed over the products to the courier.

Problem situations during transport and with regard to defective products
If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately using the contact form.
Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, the customer must immediately inform us using the contact form.
We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. Before placing an order, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery conditions valid at any given time.

We reserve the right to change the price, as well as the right to close the customer account, and cancel or terminate transactions without any reason. However, canceling or returning the transaction will never cause financial costs to the consumer if the conditions according to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act are met. In case of damages, we reserve the right to compensate the products for a maximum of the full price including shipping costs, but as good customer service, we may refund more.
Please let us know if you are not going to pick up your shipment. We charge a transport fee of €14.90 for uncollected shipments.

In special offers such as Buy 3, Pay 2, the offer expires if some of the products are returned. When you return one of the three products, you pay full price for the two products you kept. In order to prevent abuses, we reserve the right to charge the customer the value of postage for the amount to be returned, if the value of the order initially exceeded the free shipping limit, but the value of the products the customer keeps is below the free shipping limit. If a percentage discount was used in the order, the percentage discount is taken into account in the refund of the returned product, in which case the refund is not the same as the product's undiscounted price.
