If you need more detailed measurements of products or size guidance, please contact us through live chat, call our customer service, or send an email. We are happy to measure the necessary dimensions of the products you are interested in, to ensure the size is right the first time.

Direct size guides are not found on our pages, but we have marked the model's measurements, the size worn by the model, and our size recommendation for each product, which helps in finding the right size.

Most product descriptions include instructions for finding the right size, but if you want to ensure the accuracy of the size, you can send an email, ask for advice from our Online Support, or call our customer service. If you provide your height and weight, it will be easier for us to assist you in finding the right size.

If you can't find your size, it means it is sold out. We do our best to restock popular products, so the item you want may be arriving soon. You can order a size watch from the product page by pressing the sold-out size, and you will receive an email notification if more stock arrives in our warehouse.

We intentionally keep our stock levels low, and usually, there are not many pieces of a certain size available, to maintain the uniqueness and individuality of our selection.
