Have I forgotten my username or password?

Your username is the email address with which you have registered.

You can order a new password by pressing the "Log in / Register" button at the top and then clicking on the "Forgot password?" text.

You can also place an order using a guest account at checkout, even if you have previously registered with the same email.

Our account protection measures

We know that security and protection are important issues for our customers. That's why we are continuously improving our security measures. Our website is equipped with protection mechanisms that ensure the information you provide is safe and cannot be accessed by unauthorized parties. We monitor account activities for suspicious actions and will notify you if we detect anything unusual.

Do I have to register?

You can also place an order without registering by using a guest account at checkout. In this case, we will not create a customer account for you at Jerone.

Deleting a customer account

If you wish to delete your account, please send your request to us via email. When contacting us, use the email address associated with your Jerone account. Otherwise, we cannot process your request.

Please note that we can only delete your account if:

  • there are no open invoices on the customer account
  • there are no pending credits on your account
  • there are no orders in delivery on your customer account

If your account does not meet these conditions, unfortunately, we cannot delete your account. In this case, we ask for a bit of patience until any open issues, deliveries, or credits have been processed.

Change of address

Please note that address changes must always be made before placing an order. You can edit your address from your account details.

Changing the address information for an order is not possible if the order has already been shipped. If you have placed an order with the wrong address, please contact our customer service immediately. We can still change the address if the order has not been shipped.
