Question 1. I need to return a product that I purchased - What do I do?



  • If you do require a return on a our product, you will need to pay the costs of postage and the goods are your responsibility until they have been received by Jerone. Once you have notified us, you must return the product back to us immediately. Original postage costs are non refundable.

  • If you are returning your item from outside of the European Union, your postal service will provide you with a customs form. This will need to be visible on your returned parcel. You must clearly write the following on the customs form: RETURNED ITEM NO DUTIES. If you fail to do this, your item will be returned back to you before it reaches Jerone. You should never return your item with FedEx, it will be rejected..

  • You have up to 30 days from when you receive your goods to return them

  • Goods that are returned must be in their original state, which means you can fit them, but you cannot use them, and please do not remove any labels or tags

  • If you would like to exchange products, the way to do this is to return the unwanted item re-order the one you would like.

  • The shipping carrier will process the package from 4 to 10 days, which is slower than regular postage. As soon as we get your returns, we get to work.

  • You will receive your money back within 7 days from receiving your products

    Question 2. My size is not available - will it be available later?


    We receive numerous queries about missing product sizes daily with outgoing products. Our customer commitment to "Stand out of the crowd" means that we only order a small batch of each product. Usually we do not restock products, but rather focus on new daily arrivals.

    You can however, order an email alert, if the product you want might be restocked at some point. You can select the size of the garment by using the alert-function at the bottom of the page.

    Question 3. Have you received my return?


    You will receive an email confirmation once your return has arrived back to Jerone!
